Studied Matric and F.Sc
- You must have your Matric and F.Sc transcripts and certificates attested by the respective committees from which you produced the Matric and F.Sc. This usually takes 4-5 hours. However, it is recommended to go early in the morning to get things done quickly.
- Once certified, the committee will place them in a sealed envelope and give them to you, which you should next take to COPIB. At IBCC, it usually takes 4-5 hours to get certified. However, it is still recommended to go to IBCC early in the morning, so that the permit can be processed quickly.
- After the certification from the Board and IBCC, you now need to proceed to the next step which is to certify your Transcript and Matric and F.Sc certificate along with your Police Character Certificate (Non-Criminal Certificate) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan (MOFA).
For students who have completed O/A Levels
- Once you have obtained your certificate, you must go to IBCC to obtain an equivalent certificate.
- After obtaining the equivalency certificate, you need to go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan (MOFA) to obtain the equivalency certificate along with your police character certificate (non-criminal certificate).
